Q: What are this year's final ship dates?
A: Great question! Final ship dates are as follows:
USPS
First-Class Mail Service - Dec. 15
Priority Mail Service - Dec. 16
UPS
2nd Day Air - Dec. 18
Next Day Air - Dec. 19
These dates are all provided by the services themselves. Our recommendation for final ship dates are Dec. 15 for USPS, and Dec. 18 for UPS.
Q: How long does it take to get my glass?
A: Your glasses will ship on the second business day after you order. To be on the safe side, estimate about 2 weeks from the date of your order for delivery.
If you choose our free shipping option, we ship your glass via First Class mail. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times with First Class mail, but you can expect it to arrive from 4-10 business days after it ships, depending on how close you are to us in Colorado and your general proximity to a major metro area.
We also offer quicker shipping options (Priority Mail, UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight) at checkout if you need your glass ASAP.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Sure! Just send us an email at hello@bevvee.com before you order and we'll get you taken care of.
For simple additions (like a name or date on the other side of a glass), we charge $10.
For more complicated custom orders, we are happy to provide you a quote.
Q: Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?
A: Yep. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe, the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.
Q: What do I do if my order arrives incomplete or damaged?
A: Take a deep breath. For a brief moment, picture every person you love and every thing you hold dear. Then zoom out and think about how we are all a tiny speck floating among the vastness of the universe. Next, email us at hello@bevvee.com. Tell us what you ordered, send us a photo of what you received, and include your order # and we'll help you out.
Q: What's the deal with engraved glass? Why would I buy an etched glass when I can get something cheaper?
A: Engraved glass has a few benefits you can't get with any other type of glass decoration:
- Permanent - Sand is used to permanently blast away specific pieces of the glass, meaning all engravings will never fade, even with heavy dishwasher use.
- Beautiful, hand-crafted art - When glass is sandblasted, the frosted effect that remains shimmers in the light in a beautiful way that can't be replicated with any other process. The high-touch, manual process is worth the couple extra bucks.
Q: I’ve already made an order, but I’m suddenly impatient and I want to upgrade my shipping to express.
A: If you email us within a couple hours, we can send you a link to upgrade shipping. If your order is already being processed, then sorry, but we can't do that. Your order is in God's hands now.
Q: Can I send you a one-of-a-kind glass that's been passed down in my family for generations to engrave with my family's signature cocktail recipe?
A: No.
Q: What else?
A: Let's see...we don't charge cancellation fees, we generally replace anything that arrives severely damaged, and if your order needs to be refunded, the refund will appear on your account in a week or so after we process it. All of our drinkware is engraved in our small, family-run workshop in Northern Colorado. We source our glasses from US manufacturers whenever possible.
Cheers!
