FAQ
General
We proudly etch and ship our glasses from our etching shop in Loveland, Colorado.
Engraved glass has a few benefits you can't get with any other type of glass decoration:
- Permanent - Sand is used to permanently
blast away specific pieces of the glass, meaning all engravings will
never fade, even with heavy dishwasher use. - Beautiful, hand-crafted art - When glass
is sandblasted, the frosted effect that remains shimmers in the light in
a beautiful way that can't be replicated with any other process. The
high-touch, manual process is worth the couple extra bucks.
All of our etched glassware is top-rack dishwasher safe. The
hand-etched design will never wear off no matter how many times it is
washed!
Our insulated tumblers are hand-wash only to protect the vacuum seal. The tumbler lids are dishwasher safe.

For a simple addition like a date or a name, we charge $10. For more complex custom orders we'll provide a quote.

Shipping
Your glass is generally etched the next business day after the order
is placed. If you choose a "UPS" shipping option at checkout, it'll ship
the next business day after the order is placed. If you choose a "USPS"
shipping option, it'll ship the 2nd business days after the order is
placed.
Shipping times will depend on the shipping option you choose. We have a few options available at checkout:
- USPS Ground Shipping - generally takes 4-8 days
- USPS Priority Shipping - generally takes 2-3 days
- UPS 2nd Day - takes 2 business days
- UPS Overnight - takes 1 business day
- International Orders - currently takes 2-4 weeks (please note we
are not responsible for customs fees that may be incurred in the
destination country)

and we'll be able to suggest a shipping option. UPS Overnight is the
fastest.
If you email us within a couple hours, we can
send you a link to upgrade shipping. If your order is already being
processed, then sorry, but we can't do that. Your order is in God's
hands now.
