Shipping
Your glass is generally made the next business day after the order is placed. If you choose a "UPS" shipping option at checkout, it'll ship the next business day after the order is placed. If you choose a "USPS" shipping option, it'll ship the 2nd business day after the order is placed.
Shipping times will depend on the shipping option you choose. We have a few options available at checkout:
- USPS Ground Shipping - generally takes 4-8 days
- USPS Priority Shipping - generally takes 2-3 days
- UPS 2nd Day - takes 2 business days
- UPS Overnight - takes 1 business day
- International Orders - currently takes 2-4 weeks (please note we
are not responsible for customs fees that may be incurred in the
destination country)
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your name or order number in the return package.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bevvee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

General
All of our etched glassware is top-rack dishwasher safe. The
hand-etched design will never wear off no matter how many times it is
washed!
Our insulated tumblers are hand-wash only to protect the vacuum seal. The tumbler lids are dishwasher safe.

For a simple addition like a date or a name, we charge $10. For more complex custom orders we'll provide a quote.

and we'll be able to suggest a shipping option. UPS Overnight is the
fastest.
If you email us within a couple hours, we can
send you a link to upgrade shipping. If your order is already being
processed, then sorry, but we can't do that. Your order is in God's
hands now.
